MarketOur stand inside Lancaster’s Central Market offers restaurant cuts of quality fresh meats including, beef tenderloin and various steaks, pork tenderloin and chops, veal chops, and organic lamb from Elysian Fields in Western Pennsylvania. Other meat and poultry items are available and change regularly. Humboldt Fog and Smethe are among the varieties of artisanal cheeses offered from both local makers and other quality dairies. Single servings of ready to eat meals are conveniently packaged in microwavable boxes and the varieties change daily.
