Carr’s restaurant supports public health concerns for undercooked foods. We will gladly prepare meats and seafoods to your specification, but health guidelines require us to inform you that medium-well and well-done foods are safest for consumption. Please inform your server if you have any dietary restrictions.

We look forward to continuing the legacy that Tim and Jean Carr brought to dining in downtown Lancaster. We are excited to announce two new restaurants coming this fall.

The lower level of Carr’s will remain fine dining, following in the tradition of Market Fare and Carr’s. The upper level will be transformed into a casual restaurant with a European bistro flare. Thank you for your patronage.
